The team at Cockrams attended a CPD event at the beautiful Epiphany House located in Truro, elements of which date back circa 1570. The Grade II listed property has been extended and subsequently rebuilt in areas. Large 6ft high open fireplaces provide an amazing focal point for the rooms. The property was originally built as a Vicarage and a home for the Bishops of Truro and as a convent for the ‘The Community of the Epiphany’, who moved from their residence at the now known Alverton Manor on Tregolls Road in Truro.
Target Helifix provided the seminar with a welcome range of refreshments.
The seminar provided an insight into the scenarios where Target Helifix piles and ‘bar flex’ could be utilised, providing a solution both structurally and whilst appreciating the aesthetics of the subject property.
