I have used Cockrams a number of times this year and always found them very helpful and the level of detail on their surveys excellent. To be honest we pulled out of the purchase of two properties based on the excellent level of detail provided.

Quick to respond with a quote and arrange a survey. Chris W did a great job with a detailed report and photos. On the day he called giving clear and detailed notes of the main issues, giving us a clear picture of what was needed. We used this to successfully renegotiate our purchase price on the property. The report is easy to read and gives clear recommendations, and things to check with our solicitor which is very helpful. Office staff are also very prompt and helpful (thanks Nicole!). Very happy customer.
