If the property is particularly old, of more complex construction forms or materials and/or clearly in need of repair, a Building Survey is likely to be the most suitable report. As the most comprehensive level of survey offered, the Building Survey report provides greater written description in respect of any recommended remedial works. We suggest that you bring any specific concerns you may have in relation to the property to our attention, and where possible and if within the scope of our survey, the surveyor may be able to provide advice verbally or within the report.
From our survey a comprehensive report is prepared with an accompanying disc containing all photographs etc. taken during our inspection. A Building Survey does not include a valuation as standard, although this can be provided if requested at the time of instruction.
A “look see” CCTV drain scan is included with this service where access permits.
